Rusty Taco, founded in 2010 in a converted gas station on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, TX, is on a mission to serve authentic Mexican street-style tacos in a friendly and unique atmosphere. With multiple locations across the United States, we pride ourselves on offering a simple yet delectable menu of fresh, house-made tacos, salsas, and refreshing margaritas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team. This role plays a pivotal part in upholding our promise to deliver the highest standards of product, service, and restaurant appearance. As an Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our guests' experiences, guiding and leading the team, and ensuring that we not only meet but exceed expectations.
