Job Description

**About this role:** We are seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support a Financial Advisory Executive of Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management. This individual must be a strategic partner to consult on key initiatives, tactically capable and detail oriented to execute on plans, and quick to handle day-to-day activities that do not require the market leader's individual attention. **In this role, you will:** + Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports + Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions + Support projects + Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning + Act as information source on group and company policies + Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Interact with external customers **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reposting processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity. + Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas) and Tableau or similar data visualization tools. + Experience in financial analysts, budgeting or investment related reporting. + Provide high-level administrative and analytical support to senior financial executive within the Wealth & Investment Management division. + Develop, maintain, and present complex reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau and other reporting tools. + Collaborate closely with the finance team to track budgets, expenses, and performance metrics. + Strong collaboration and partnering skills + Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills **Posting Location:** + 396 Alhambra Cir.
