Summary

Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Wyld Brands out in the field. This role is key for boosting brand awareness through relationship building, hosting engaging in-store sampling events, and executing impactful industry trade shows and activations, all with a strong emphasis on educating both consumers and budtenders. This dynamic, field-based opportunity is ideal for those who thrive on interaction, are self-motivated, flexible, energetic, and eager to grow within the cannabis Sales & Marketing industry.

Duties And Responsibilities

Supporting Sales & Marketing’s, “Smarketing” events, activation, education, brand awareness and merchandising strategy through:

Brand First Representation

Maintain a polished, knowledgeable, and compliant presence in all interactions. Uphold Wyld’s brand standards and values at every touchpoint.

Event Identification, Organization & Execution

Proactively identify and schedule in-store samples events with dispensaries. Plan and execute engaging sampling events according to Brand standards. This occasionally includes outside of dispensary events like trade shows and activations.

Consumer Engagement

Represent Wyld Brands with professionalism, authenticity and enthusiasm. Educate consumers on product assortments, experience, dosage, and Brand story.

Budtender Connection

Build strong relationships with dispensary staff at all levels, especially budtenders. Provide product education, samples, and Marketing materials to drive sell-through.

Reporting & Communication

Capture event data, consumer feedback, and sales impact. Communicate insights and results to the Sales and Marketing team in a timely and organized manner.

Additionally, a Brand Ambassador Will Be Required To

  • Work independently Tuesdays – Saturdays in the field, at home and at local facility to complete key duties mentioned above
  • Travel across territory – including having access to a reliable vehicle to transport self and necessary Marketing tools
  • Occasionally, work evenings and Sundays to support key events and activations, and undertake additional duties and responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years Brand Ambassador, Field Marketing and/or Retail Sales experience – cannabis industry strongly preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with a passion for cannabis culture and education
  • Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be organized and have strong communication skills
  • Basic PC / Microsoft Office application skills are required
  • CRM software experience is a plus
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Requires daily travel across territory – must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be flexible - working Tuesday – Saturday, and occasionally evenings and Sundays
  • Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in your state.

Benefits

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000/yr + bonus, 11 Paid Holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 16 hours of VTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
