Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a critical project at our Holly Springs location. This role requires individuals with a strong background in CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) and experience in commissioning and onboarding equipment. The project is fully on-site and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between validation, quality, PMO, and Capex teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, or Microsoft Project to manage and track project progress.
• Coordinate and integrate into escalation and matrix teams, effectively managing any issues that arise.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and "go-getter " attitude.
• Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timelines and budget cycles.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and facility build-out projects.
• Proven experience in CQV activities and equipment commissioning is a plus.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
• Experience with greenfield or brownfield projects is a plus.
• Capex experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
