Role Responsibilities Translate business problems into statistical, machine learning, simulation, and optimization solutions to generate actionable insights and drive business value. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions and enable customer-facing applications. Leverage database, cloud, and programming skills to build analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques. Work with model risk management to validate models before deployment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 4 years of relevant experience. 4+ years in predictive analytics or data analysis, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience. Experience in training and validating advanced analytics models. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R and querying databases using SQL or similar languages. Experience with structured and unstructured data and performing descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential statistics. Preferred Skills Deep learning, NLP, and computer vision experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with SQL data definition and manipulation, time-series, and geospatial data. Modeling experience with GLMs, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc., and collaboration using Git. Knowledge of the insurance industry metrics. What We Offer Salary range: $114,080 - $205,340, based on experience and location.
