About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing & Web Intern at Golf VX, you’ll support all digital front-end growth initiatives. From website updates to SEO strategies and social media content planning, you'll help shape the customer journey and drive traffic to our venues and franchise opportunities. Expect real ownership and creative input — this isn’t a coffee-fetching internship.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Management
Update and manage content across Golf VX’s WordPress websites.
Make UX and SEO improvements, ensuring a high-performing, user-friendly experience.
Write and edit website copy, blog posts, and landing pages to support organic traffic growth.
Coordinate website updates, new feature launches, and performance testing.
SEO, SEM, and Marketing Ops
Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to increase visibility and traffic.
Work with freelancers and PR partners to coordinate deliverables and content schedules.
Implement and manage UTM tagging, lead capture forms, and email automation flows.
Social Media Ideation & Scheduling
Create content calendars and ideate social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation on our Golf VX Simulators accounts.
Schedule and post content, engaging with followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Support paid media and organic content strategies for corporate and franchise initiatives.
Growth & Digital Strategy
Analyze campaign performance and optimize web and marketing assets based on data.
Assist in documenting frameworks and processes to support scalable marketing operations.
Track content performance and maintain reporting dashboards in Monday.com.
Qualifications
Strong interest in digital marketing, web development, and SEO.
Comfortable writing and editing digital content, with an eye for brand voice and clarity.
Familiarity with WordPress, SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple digital projects.
Preferred (not required):
Experience with marketing automation platforms and UTM campaign setup.
Exposure to CRMs like HubSpot or Monday.com.
Golf industry experience or general interest is a plus.
