Job Details This position offers an uncapped commission in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000-$90,000 in the first year (on-target earnings). The starting base pay is $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter can provide specific details about the compensation package during the hiring process. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser must record accurate data about prospective customers and the targeted market area. The position includes a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement. Primary Responsibilities Work diligently to generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager. Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times. Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data. Maintain a courteous, neat, and proper uniform with required permits at all times. Attend company meetings as required. Communicate ideas to the Canvassing Program Manager to improve program effectiveness. Master Renewal by Andersen's methodology, products, and promotional offerings, becoming a Signature Service expert.
