What You’ll Do Lead with Purpose: Oversee a multidisciplinary team across Activities, Wellness, Spa, Social Services, and IT to deliver exceptional resident life services. Design Impactful Experiences: Create and manage a diverse calendar of events, educational programs, wellness initiatives, and outings tailored to all levels of care. Champion Communication: Drive engagement through platforms like the SeafieldsLife app, website updates, and social media. Manage Resources Wisely: Develop and oversee budgets, contracts, and departmental operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with leadership and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and disaster preparedness. Represent with Pride: Serve as a positive ambassador for Seafields within the organization and the broader community. Requirements What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in senior living or resident programming (5–7 years preferred). Bachelor’s degree in gerontology or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. Tech-savvy with experience in digital engagement platforms and communication tools.
