Description We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Roseville, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This position requires strong organizational abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the dispatching of personnel and resources to ensure timely and efficient service. - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to coordinate logistics. - Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to track assignments and maintain accurate records. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to service-related issues. - Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities and urgent requests. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during dispatch operations. - Collaborate with call center staff to address customer concerns and optimize service delivery. - Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions. - Provide detailed reports and updates to management on dispatch activities. Requirements - Proven experience in dispatching or a related field. - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. - Familiarity with call center operations and communication practices. - Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems or similar logistics tools. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
