AMP Smart Solar is on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives who want to help homeowners discover the incredible benefits of going solar.

In this role, you'll hit the streets, visit local neighborhoods, and have engaging conversations with homeowners about how solar energy can not only save them money but also contribute to a healthier planet. Your friendly approach will make all the difference as you guide them through their solar journey!

Your Responsibilities:

• Knocking on doors and introducing yourself to potential customers in a warm, inviting manner.
• Sharing the exciting benefits of solar energy and answering any questions they might have.
• Building trust and rapport with homeowners so they feel comfortable making a decision.
• Collaborating with our supportive sales team to share successes and strategies.

Requirements

We’re Looking for You If You:

• Have a friendly personality and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.
• Are enthusiastic about renewable energy and helping others make positive changes.
• Have some sales experience or customer service skills, but we’re also open to training eager learners!
• Are self-motivated and ready to tackle challenges with a smile.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
• Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to connect with customers when they’re home.
