The HR & Benefits Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the scope of the position, and at the direction of the HR Manager with safety as a priority. Functions include benefits administration, leave management, policy administration, employment law compliance, new hire orientation, disciplinary tracking, employee database management, employee support, workers compensation, layoff support, and general HR administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications:· BA/BS in Human Resources or equivalent experience· 2+ years of experience in Human Resources required.· Prefer PHR Certification.
Experience:· Benefits administration experience· Experience with Microsoft Office suite· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:· Ability to maintain confidentiality.· Work within established company policies and procedures· Work is sequenced and open to change to ensure continuous improvement.· Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills.· Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent deadlines.· Strong work ethic and organizational, administrative support skills.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.· High energy and positive attitude with ability to provide exceptional m customer service is a must.
