JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource to both employees and management, ensuring HR policies and programs run efficiently and align with company goals and values.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, FMLA) and EHS practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
WHAT YOU’LL DO - Organize and support employee engagement and recognition events.
- Help administer the performance management process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Complete new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Phone screen job applicants and set up interviews for hourly production workers.
- Assist with HR annual training.
- Collaborate and support Enterprise on policies and procedures.
- Support HR reporting (KPIs, headcount data, etc.) and display metrics on business boards.
- Perform additional HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Complete front desk duties by answering phone calls and greeting customers.
