Human Resources Generalist

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage recruiting, job postings, onboarding, and performance management through ADP HRIS
  • Interface with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations and strong customer service
  • Maintain personnel records, manage career pages, and assist with performance systems
  • Oversee HR budgets, track invoices, and reporting
  • Coordinate employee engagement events and assist with administrative HR tasks

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a HR Administrator, Generalist, or related position
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP (Workday also acceptable)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SharePoint
