Select Staffing is hiring for a QA Specialist/ Order Picker in Napa

Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay rate $22/hr

Job Duties:

• This role is responsible for assigning orders, creating replenishment, and ensuring timely shipment of all FedEx and UPS packages by requested ship dates.
• The QA Specialist will use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to perform daily tasks while following standard work practices, safety procedures, and supporting an efficient and safe production environment.
• Essential Functions The following reflects management’s assignment of essential functions, and it does not limit or restrict additional tasks that may be assigned. 
• Monitor and respond to emails consistently and appropriately.
• Assign orders to Pickers, in alignment with the 48-hour Shipping SLA.
• Research and resolve customer order issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
• Maintain sustainable shipping accuracy through consistent QA practices.

Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 50 bls
• Must have experience in QA and Order Picking.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to work 8+ shifts. 
• Must be able to work well with others.
