• Conduct research and gather information on available homes and local neighborhoods in Long Beach, CA, US, to effectively respond to buyer inquiries.
• Coordinate with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in Long Beach, CA, US, to arrange prompt home viewings.
• Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase properties in Long Beach, CA, US, that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets to drive sales.
• Assist clients in Long Beach, CA, US in determining suitable offer prices and guide them through the closing process for seamless transactions.
• Deliver professional and timely responses to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails in Long Beach, CA, US to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
