This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience in Research, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Economics.
+ 5 years of experience with analytics programs.
+ 5 years of experience turning data sets into narratives with visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) and presenting to executives.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Management, Data Science).
+ 5 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative investigative strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts for a large organization.
+ 5 years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams and managing ongoing client relationships.
+ 5 years of experience supporting scaled reporting solutions, including partnering with technical teams to scope requirements.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor the external landscape of existing efforts and track trends.
+ Conduct research to fill gaps in current understanding and in emerging issues.

+ Collaborate across the company and, as appropriate, externally.
