Primary Responsibilities
General maintenance of rooms and units
Construction, reconfiguration, and removal of units. This includes preparation for new sites and removal of decommissioned units
Installation, removal, and maintenance of other Bargold equipment
Loading, unloading, and delivery of building materials
Respond to and address emergency maintenance issues
Interact with customers, building representatives, internal depts and vendors as needed
Others duties as assigned
Job Specifications
General knowledge of construction and of building and equipment maintenance
Experience with power tools and safety equipment
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
Work within OSHA guidelines and ensure a safe work environment
Education and Experience
High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
Previous construction experience 2+ years preferred
Fluency in Spanish preferred
