POSITION – Machine Operator
JOB LOCATION – Prescott, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp To Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift (6:00am – 4:30pm, Mon-Thurs; Fri: 6:00am - 12:00pm) Must work 48 hours/week
STARTING PAY – $18.00/hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus, Sign on Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 1 year of experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the below essential duties satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
- Operate press machine on a single stroke
- Run small sample parts to ensure quality before running a full order
- Track operations and tally of parts performed daily
- Enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Metal stamping experience desired but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask with ease
- Constantly strive to improve production
